It's over for Biden and Iran. Biden has no leverage left with either one of them and it's arguable that he never did with Iran to begin with.
Biden spent his time trying to kiss Iran's ass to get them to play nice, and all he got for it was the middle finger and a lot more terrorism. And after Oct. 7th of last year he blew his foreign policy capital trying to bring about regime change, where? In Israel, not Iran.
So here's where we are today. Biden State Dept, through the DOD, forced Israel to pick certain targets, NOT the nuclear facilities, and not the petroleum facilities. Israel complied but in the end they outsmarted Biden et al. Iran has been stripped of it's ability to defend itself from any air attack. They are laid bare. Now, at anytime they choose Israel can take out the nuclear and petroleum facilities and there's no one to stop them? What's Biden going to do, say, "Don't"?
Iran is sitting there posturing and threatening retaliation for the Israeli strike and ole Bibi is sitting there going, "Please, please do it."
Fortunately we seem to still have some generals that think about things other than DEI, things like defending the nation. Hence the move of massive hardware to the mid-East theater in case the Iranians, in a fit of scorched Earth policy decide to try to shut down the straits of Hormuz. (An interesting gambit there. We can cover our allies petroleum needs but China is fucked if the straits close.)
