Rep. Michele Bachmann (MN-Batshit) has been making the news all week because she insists that SoS Hillary Clinton's aide Huma Abedin has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood (and therefore the Obama Admin is pro-MB, etc., etc., bullshit). She's not just running off at the mouth, she sent a letter to the Inspector General demanding an investigation.

Fellow Republicans -- and her own former campaign manager -- are telling Bachmann in no uncertain terms to drop this nonsense. But, not only won't she drop it, but now she's throwing the same accusation at fellow Congresscritter Keith Ellison.

Minnesotans of the 6th Congressional District -- please, please, please vote for Jim Graves in November, and relieve America of this insane embarrassing Congressthing.

I read somewhere that Bachmann's shennannigans is why Hilary Clinton got pelted with tomatos in Egypt.

If I find the article I'll be back.

Pity bump for the twinkie boy.

It's not a pity bump after 6 minutes retard.

Also anybody who doesn't believe that Clinton was in on 9/11 has their heads in the sand. They hired Al Qaeda, set demolition charges in the Twin Towers and demoloted it because it was blocking their view. It's like you fucks don't read the news.

As crazy as she is I would find it a stretch to blame her for the actions of a few bat shit crazy Muslims.....

And this is why Republicans are frightening. Btw, it wasn't just Bachmann saying this but half a dozen Republican House members. And they're not even attempting to show any evidence that there's reasonable suspicion. She's just Muslim.

What would America be like if Bachmann was president?

The outspoken Minnesota Republican and Tea Party favorite has been tapped by House Speaker John Boehner for a coveted slot on the House
Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, giving her a new role as overseer of the CIA, the National Security Agency and the rest of the
U.S. intelligence community.

Hush now, quiet now, you're frightening all the sane people.

So someone interviewed demonstrators, who sited Bachmanns letter as proof of a US conspiracy ... uh.

They don't get Comedy Central, so Jon Stewart haven't explained to them that those dingbats are not to be talen seriously.

While some are, they are no more scary than Rob/LJ/Rory/Kiss

Like I have said.

Stupid is Stupid

almost a scary as someone who applies a label and throws everything in to the same box....

What I find hilarious is that she's a muslim married to a jew.

I'd say that sort of puts her fundie cred in question.

Uh why is my name here?

Also, I need to move out of this fucking state. Between Pawlenty and Bachmann it's a crappy place.

Reminds me of Santorum saying they euthanize their elderly in the Netherlands.

Or, looked at another way, it shows they're all in cahoots really . . . all those wars against Israel were just for cover . . .

Which disctricts do they represent in the United States' Congress?

Not that I find Rob or Rory scary (never paid much attention to this Kiss person and I'm quite terrified of LJ) please show me where any of these people, or people with similar views have even been serious contenders for Congress, much less the Presidency.

There is a vast difference between having some truly crazy followers and having some truly crazy leaders, one of whom was within spitting distance of the presidency. Stupid isn't stupid when it can get enough followers to get a seat at congress and a presidential election. That's scary.

Behind Jeers for Clinton in Egypt, a Conspiracy Theory With U.S. Roots

Egyptians who vented their rage during Mrs. Clinton’s visit appear to have been inspired by fears that the Obama administration harbors a secret, pro-
Islamist agenda which originated with American conservatives. The strength of that belief was on full display on Saturday in Cairo, as hundreds rallied
outside Mrs. Clinton’s hotel, waving placards that read: “Stop U.S. funding of the Muslim Brotherhood,” “Clinton is the supreme guide of the Muslim
Brotherhood” and “To Hillary: Hamas will never rule Egypt,” suggesting an even-wider conspiracy, including the Islamists in neighboring Gaza.

An Egyptian-American Christian who met Mrs. Clinton on Sunday cited recent claims by Representative Michele Bachmann, a Republican,
“that the Obama Administration is pursuing a closeted pro-Muslim agenda,” in a conversation with Time magazine’s correspondent,
Abigail Hauslohner.
