There is a small chance that he'll watch as my electronic vote goes down the drain. He knows, as do I, the fix is in for Florida, and brother Jeb will stop at nothing to insure that complete chaos happens down in south florida so that his brother goes another 4 years.

I don't care if people vote democrat or republican, but I do care when our right to vote is taken away.

Save this post 'til November and you'll see my prediction come through.

Two tickets to Amsterdam please...

Good job Fred.

Hope your skin color is white, otherwise you might have already been "accidentally expunged" from the voting rolls.

Unless you're from Latin America, of course. Because King George II speaks Hispanically, your vote would then count double.

Ain't America great? Not only can we mandate electorinic voting, we can also award the bid for the electronic voting machines to the biggest campaign contributor.

Expect Riots...

...from of all places the senior citizens community who's vote got wasted in many places or shifted to that freak Buchannon. Dopeheads like me don't need to mess around with the law which can harm one's credit report, but those seniors will stand up for their right to vote with a passion you'll only see once in a lifetime.

South Floridians are quick tempered in general but especially over last election. One bleep on a computer screen and violence will break out. Mark my words - MM will have some excellent footage.

Let's all practice the song...

The night...we took ole Georgie down...
Well all the seniors were swinging...they said...
No...no...no...no...no...no...our vote won't go down the toilet...

OOOH! If my electronic vote doesn't count either, I want to meet Michael Moore. Living in Florida and being denied the right to vote could be fun after all! Right up until The End.

:(

yeah well if I see MM...

...I'm gonna ask him why he never acknowledged the Farenheit parody I sent him. Too busy for us little guys.

But anyways, I'd put money that some seniors will start swinging and we'll have the usual heart attack or two.

That'll be just what the news people will be waiting for.

Only in Flori-duh!

(Sung to Kansas)
Kerry on our hopeful one
He will win and George will be done
Carry Florida and victory
Bush will lie...oh no...

Part of the fun, Fred. Until recently, here in the PNW we were free to vote for any candidate we wanted in the primaries ... no declaration of party affiliation needed.

Us clever dopehead liberals took the opportunity to vote for the most extreme, backward right-winger on the ballot. How do you think Buchannan took Washington in '96?

No, of course, the Republicrats have wised up and revised the primary system here. Damn, wish I had one of them voting machines. Must almost be like a pinball game .........

Fred, I don't think this election is going to be business as usual. Ther are a lot of people still mad about what happened in 2000, especially what happened in Florida.

I believe many who have felt disenfranchised are willing to vote this year. They just need to be registered.

I don't know about Florida, but in North Carolina, it is very easy to register by mail. I am getting businesses to either register voters or pass out registration forms.

The Republicans have pretty much tapped all their resources. The overwhelming majority of those who do not vote and/or who are not registered will vote Democratic. They just need to be registered.

I am not giving up on NC and if Florida votes Dem by a large enough margin, the Bush gang will have trouble stealing it again.

Very good. Very good indeed.

Perdita

Considering what happened in Florida 2000, I think the Shrub Team knows all too well that everyone's eyes is gonna be on Florida, to make sure there won't be another fraud.

When the cat's away, the rats will play!

I say, keep a close watch on the election in ALL states, in case they try to do some swindling in ANOTHER state while everyone's busy looking at Florida!

The fix is in...

Why is it 4 years later that our voting system is still screwed up (see todays papers) as evidenced in a local election (oops...computer glitch)? This is why MM's coming to town as he knows full well that things are fixed (remember Jennifer Lynch).

It's not going to be a battle of electoral votes. It's gonna be a battle of wills. Fair play is what the average person would expect, but the plan has been laid out way in advance here. The stakes and the money are just too big.

History will be repeating itself.

Bush will either steal this election or be seen in history as the worse president ever.

(to the tune of the grinch)
He's a sneaky one...Mr. Bush...
He's slimy as a snake...
He's like roasted peanut butter...with a slab of Mayonaisse...Mr. Bush!
