i have to agree in his time he was great, but in recent years and albums he has lost his edge....he has insulated himself from the outside world, making himself freaklike....he has lost touch, with what is happening in the music scene, lost touch with fans....he doesn't have what he used too....has been unfortunately......

Correct me if I'm not remembering right, but as I recall, he single-handedly turned the recording business around and sent it out of the red with the release of Thriller.

The guy is/was talented, make no mistake.

It's just a shame that he looks soooo...odd.

He's CERTAINLY a has-been. I still enjoy his "Thriller" stuff. However, once he started trying to look like his sister, and the controversy with the kid stuff, he got TOO weird.
