Metal Gear: The Tales of FOXHOUND (OOC)

So I've noticed some what of a trend in the SRP board as of late... Video games and comic books.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with that! In fact, that's the entire reason I've created this! I have a love for the video game series Metal Gear Solid... What with the PS3 due out soon and the next MGS title, The Guns of the Patriots and even the PSP title Portable Ops, I thought a story somewhere might be nice to get this going.

Setting: I'm thinking some time before Metal Gear in the early 1990s. Before the Outer Heaven incident, where Big Boss still leads FOXHOUND and Solid Snake is a new agent.
FOXHOUND must put a stop to a global terrorist threat who will utilize any form of combat: aerial, naval, ground. The terrorists' goal is to overtake the (fictional) Grand Yucca Islands off the coast of Colombia in hopes of eventually conquering the nation, and instill fear among the continent.

Feel free to also create your own agent, he/she can even have their own supernatural abilities as you'd see in the MGS games!

Questions, suggestions and any other inqueries should go here. I hope to have a general storyline created within the week that everybody will be able to participate in.

Well, Snake never really had many friends... Other than Grey Fox and Campbell... but hey! This is fiction! Sure, Snake can have other friends besides Fox/Campbell!

Melody Conner Profile

Name: Melody Conner
Age: 22
Personality: Melody is the kind of person to always protect those she loves, rather they are family or friends. She is very loyal as well, even if she was threatened to be beaten to death she still would not falter and would never tell them anything.

Description: Melody is a beautiful girl in her own right, a slender body, about 5'6 in height and a lovely 130 in her weight. She has long and straight black hair, she usually keeps it in a bread. She loves to wear black and dark green, she wears knee high boots always so she can appear taller.

History: Melody was 15 when she first saw Solid Snake, he was a wonderful solider with a heart of gold. He was a very loyal person, ever since that day she had followed how he was doing, now at the age of 22 she was right beside him in combat, she was one of the best women fighters, maybe the only one but she had no idea she only guessed. She was intelligent and because of her ability to speak different languages, to crack computers and to fight her talents were needed that was why Melody was with Solid Snake. Over time of knowing him they were very close, best friends, but deep down on Melody's heart she was in love with him, but she never told him, she knew he wouldn't want her because his job came first. As it should, thats why she never said anything, even tho as she tried to block the love she had for him, her actions showed it, she was selfless and did very dangerous jobs, wanting to protect the man she really cared about, she never let her emotions get in her way of her job.

Knight Crow
BIO: "Knight Crow" is a FOXHOUND operative commonly found working behind enemy lines, infiltrating the enemy infrastructure as an insider. He has been able to garner the favor of many regimes before disassembling their plans, though he is often strayed from actual combat.

That is, not to say that Crow is not willing to fight, but rather FOXHOUND will send a retrieving agent to assist him - with Crow providing that agent the details to easily infiltrate. Grey Fox is generally the agent sent to retrieve him, however, Big Boss has also sent other agents.

An Australian born operative at the age of 29, Crow stands at 6'2". A master of several languages, as well as an uncanny ability to "persuade" his enemy - male or female. Due to his proximity to enemy targets, he generally will make use of blades of various sizes to make quiet kills.

Light brown hair is generally cut short, enjoys sporting a pair of thermal vision goggles, though will often have them worn on top of his head or around his neck when he feels like revealing his light hazel eyes.

STATUS: Currently behind enemy lines, integrating himself into their infrastructure where FOXHOUND hopes he can undermine their power.

I don't have time to post my character right now, but I will state the premise: female CIA supervisor, some experience as a spy, but probably most of the time will be radio (CODEC-like) support.
