The man is a joke. He can't answer a question without notes. He doesn't remember or know anything that happens in the DOJ, it seems. Remember this dunce was Obama's choice for the SCOTUS, he's clueless. Remember Amy Barrett? She answered every question posed in great legal detail without once going to nay notes whatsoever.

In what context is he appearing before the judiciary committee?

He's getting his ass grilled on a number of subjects, mainly his memo that is seen as an attempt to stifle parents speech at school board meetings.

Democrats asked about current events....Republicans want to know about stuff Durham is already investigating from 2-3 years ago

Why did they invite him there?

Why did they invite him there?

For a lot of reasons, like not replying in writing to oversight demands of the Congress.

Garland inaction with regard to pursuing charges against Trump for anything related to 1/6 is tacit admission that the former President broke no laws. It’s also consistent with the acquittal of the former President on the bogus impeachment charges. I suspect Garland will also do nothing with regard to the 8 people featured in the Rolling Stone article. He’s got his hands full with those domestic terrorist parents who yell at school board meetings.

Apparently they are domestic terrorists now.

Florida school board member details harassment she faced from anti-maskers.

A school board member in Brevard County, Fla., is detailing the harassment and disturbing treatment she and her family have faced from anti-maskers. Speaking at the Brevard County School Board meeting held on Tuesday, October 12, Jennifer Jenkins shared her grievances about the challenges they are facing as a result of the pandemic.

In a clip of the meeting, Jenkins noted her hesitance about verbalizing her concerns given the threats she's faced over the last few weeks. But now she feels obligated to speak out. "I've tried not to talk about this stuff publicly," Jenkins said.

She went on to explain where the problem lies as she recounted the harassment she's endured. "I don't reject people coming here and speaking their voice," Jenkins said. "... I reject them following my car around. I reject them saying that they're coming for me, that I need to beg for mercy."

"I reject that when they are using their First Amendment rights on public property, they're also going behind my home and brandishing their weapons to my neighbors."

Thank GOD Mitch McConnell cock-blocked that POS from EVER being on the SCOTUS!
