There is... or was a men in stockings thread. Stockings/ pantyhose, nylons are seemingly integral with other cross dressing pursuits; but for some, it's an independent fetish. A fair number of women ( ever increasing; ) are open to cross dressing on the whole; but fewer are into the independent fetishes..
