Men are you embarrassed to admit you menstruate?

I'm just curious as to how many men would be happy or mortified to admit they menstruate.

Well... when it is my time of the month my wife makes me go out to the hut out back for a week. I have to purify myself with herbs and stuff. Really sucks. Those damn little chiggers are hard to keep out of the stick and mud walls. The smoke fro the medicine fire makes me eyes burn, and some of those 'herbs' would choke a maggot. I HATE that time of the month.
