Is that really a thing? Is that like the anchor tat with MOM ribboned around it? Do you want a permanent graphical reminder of your dead dog, whatever, on your boob?

They are better than those damn windshield memorial decals.

Tats instead of Tots

My wife's niece recently went out into the world as her own woman. Well, she is her own woman in a sense... She has her own apartment, a part time job and "attends college", which means she is taking junior college classes to the tune of one class a semester (if that often). If we see her in person, she makes a point of letting us know she has NO MONEY. If we get an email, the first thing mentioned is I HAVE NO MONEY. We received a Christmas card from her and it included a blurb about how tough she had it with NO MONEY.

My major problem with all of this??? She sports a new tattoo all the blasted time. She has no money for food! Which is why I titled this rant "Tats instead of Tots", as in "I can pay for tats all the time, but I can't afford TATER TOTS." Beer is another essential she seems to always have on hand, but there is no money for food. I'm wondering if she could afford food if she quit spending all of her money on ugly tattoos and beer??? She had such clear, lovely skin, but now it looks like she fell into a magazine printing press on the day they were printing "Cheap Hobo" magazine... yuck!

Tats can be free in exchange for ...... various things.

Not true for Tots. Never saw a grocery store manager that would trade Tots for ..... various things.

I have one. It's not a name, it was designed for me by my fella, it signifies two great losses in my life and it's not on my boob.
