  • Porcupine foreplay. The male pisses all over the female and if she doesnt kick his spiny ass, they fuck.
  • With a deepwater ocean camera, mounted on a submersible; a team of marine bilogists documents dozens of never before seen species of fish, crustacean, etc. Someone actually said "We don't have time to take pictures of this one, keep moving". Its a big world, no matter how much the internet can bring far off places closer.
  • Ants building a bridge with their own bodies over a rain engorged stream on their way toa new home. The swarm across the jungle floor never skipped a beat as ant after ant floated himself out ther, holding ont o the one behind him. Thousands were lost but the Queen and her entourage established a new colony.
  • Any episode of Connections. especially the first series.
  • A water buffalo fighting off a pride of lions for what seemed an eternity. They brought him down in the end but that animal had more will to live than I've seen before.

the crazed weasel fucking special has to be my absolute favorite....

I watched "Connections" when it was first aired in the US. James Burke is a fascinating teacher. Look for "The Day the Universe Changed" as well.

I saw something like that- with the lions last night around midnight.

It was cool.

  • Video of the mites, parasites, and fungi that live on the human body. The eyebrow mites proved rather entertaining.
