Just because she's an internet star does not mean that she's not a celeb. Tens if not hundreds of thousands of people know her name and face. No, she's not an A-list celebrity like Christina Aguilera, but she's bigger than a local celebrity so I think it's reasonable to call her a celeb.

Fair enough point. I didn't want to diminish her fame, but the only reason I brought it up was because I saw a similar post about a model. Her name escapes me at the moment, but apparently she wasn't big enough to be listed in the Celebrity section. Or so the responses would have you believe.
