How about this?
Wife comes home and sees a pair of cover-alls sticking out from under the side of her husbands car; she hears a wrench drop and her husband swear. Playfully she unzips his pants, pulls up and old rug to kneel on, and gives him a blow job. After completely she stands up and is about to go into the house when her husband stands up from the other side of the car; "Oh hi, honey; I didn't know you were here. You know harry from next door, don't you? He came over to help me out."
