I had an odd possibly rapture inspired dream last night. The details are foggy now, but basically, I met the devil in a hotel lobby. I was waiting by the elevators to ride up to the roof where I expected to find a good view of the city. The devil introduced himself, and we had a pleasant conversation. He seemed very friendly, but everything he said was a lie. His words were like slippery building blocks. If I tried to stack them to create any meaning, they always fell apart. We had lots of friends in common, and he loved to gossip about them. I remember thinking the dream lasted a long time, but I can't remember much more.

In my dream, I wasn't frightened. I was more curious. He seemed powerful but unthreatening. He looked like a confident but slightly effeminate young man.

So, that was apropos of nothing. I just thought I'd share my irrational subconscious with you. Wife thinks there is some good meat for analysis in there. I'm trying to weave it into a Literotica story :) Any more elaborate plot suggestions?

How about you were going to the roof top bar to watch the Christians rise with the rapture. You were just drunk enough to think naked people would shine in the night sky. You were certain that it wouldn't be your clothes found empty.

You meet Mr Hoobs and...Fill in sexy and pointed dialog

He says that he didn't expect it to actually happen, The Big Kahuna was never prompt, and had been letting things slide for centuries, too many other planets had infestations for him to worry much about Earth these days.

You have a nice chat in the Bar and at the appointed hour join the throng of sinners at the window and see...

Later as you walk from the men's room to the elevator, the door is just closing, you yell, "Wait!" A hand catches the door and as you thank him Mr Hoobs smiles and asked, "Going, Down?"

You look down and you're standing in a pile of clothes, naked.

Mahaha.:D

Well of course the devil would not be threatening. He is just a chill guy spreading his smooth lies and wanting you to like him and follow him so if anything he would be a smooth very down to earth non threatening type.

I could also seeing him being a bit effeminate, after all he was tossed out for being vain about his beauty(amongst other things) so yes I believe good ole Nicholas Scratch would be a pretty boy.

What did Al Pacino, playing Lucifer himself in the movie The Devil's Advocate have to say?

"Vanity - is definitely my favorite sin"

Personally, I prefer Pride. It get those stupid humans every time.

Oops. Outed myself.

Actually considering the site we are on I prefer good old fashioned lust! Look around at some of these threads! Promoting violent sex, incest, group sex infidelity!! Oh a dream come true!

Not that way at all.
He is rather normal. Watches football on Sunday. Tends to vote Republican. Sometimes reads the titles of Ayn Rand's books. Occupies at least 20 spots of the Top 250 Author List...his alts are Legion.

Hannah Arendt got it right.

Hmmm now if you threw in incredibly arrogant I would go along with you.

We are talking the devil he would not be that unassuming he couldn't be he is too proud.
Now for the record are we talking about an author who if he were to write a religious story it would be something clever like...

"Oh Jesus.... I moaned!"
