I have a few ideas on how to take this and am looking for input from others here.

Main concept is a "GYN exam" that happens By Appointment Only (working title! ) after hours. The doctor is a real doctor, but friends with the main male character in the story. The exam is fetishy and very sexual, not clinical.

Here's where it could split off. I see the tale being rather DBSM heavy. Should the main male be a "Daddy Dom" type bringing his submissive woman to the office for a bit of fun? OR should the man be a "real" daddy and his daughter actually naive and unaware that dad and the doc are having a bit of fun?

I would love to hear ideas about this to see where else it could go! But, please, if anyone is inspired by this don't copy the story (with the details I've provided so far) and/or the title name.

No, not at all. There are a lot of good story ideas and I don't think I have ever had a bad one. Typically I let an idea sit for awhile, then go back to it. I have had ideas sit on my computer for a year or more via small plot lines, etc. Sometimes I knock them around then find a good idea that works, and other times I find that I have to go back, tear them apart and start over in the middle.

Personally I think in the interest of brevity you did not explain yourself well enough. I am pretty dumb so maybe its just me, but I am having a hard time realizing where you are going with this story idea. Maybe you could elaborate on it more? I know, if you do that, then you present your ideas and you are afraid someone will take the seed of an idea, and title, and run with it.

If you don't want to explain your idea any better for fear of theft, what I suggest is to go back action by action until you find the part that something does not seem to fit. Then I swallow my pride, and no matter if I must delete a few lines, or a few pages, I cut it back to the point where things started to not make sense, or just not fit.

I'm guessing you don't know what the medical fetish is then? Exam tables, speculums, usually a doctor/nurse with patient role play... In this case, something like a GYN visit...

I did receive more insight into this from someone though, so it's all good.

If you peek around the Playground and the (BDSM) Personals, and I'm sure BDSM Talk or Cafe as well, you'll find threads dedicated to a special breed of "Daddy Dom". I'll admit it's a fetish I'm not too familiar with, but have role played an incest scenario when having sex with men around 20 years my senior.

Basically, for the story, I was debating if the two main characters should be a real father and daughter or if it should be the BDSM "role play" of a Daddy Dom.
