Just wanted to relay an experience I had the other day that got me extremely hot. I had to go to the doctor for a check-up and a few other small ailments. As a medical practitioner, I can tell you that it would not make me uncomfortable if you gained an erection while I was examining you. It happens. I usually reassure patients of this as it seems to embarass them when it happens. Most patients are self concious about their bodies and reactions but you have to remember, this is our job. It really doesn't phase us as much as you think.
