medical exam/treatment ideas

I adore medical exam/treatment stories, but so often they just run out of ideas. I am writing one right now, but would be grateful for ideas on how to develop it. My doctors are always male, or have male assistants, my patients are always female. Also - where can I red the best ones. I like psychiatrist stories too. Help!

There are some great stories on that site, though it's sometimes a chore to find ones that really appeal. For my taste, there are far too many enema stories, but there are also some great gyno stories on there as well.

Perhaps a large problem with doctor/patient stories is they center on a male doctor/female patient. I think a story, like Vargas' story, with a switch is much more exciting. Even that little role reversal opens up doors that with the traditional roles may seem tried and old.
