Ingredients:
Thin cut Top Loin Steaks. (About 1/4 inch thick, 4-5 inches wide and ten inches or longer.)
Salt and Pepper
Minced Onion
Chopped Spinach (If using frozen like I do then defrost it then squeeze out the water.)
Mozzarella Cheese
Kitchen Twine
For each person who's going to eat lay out on slice of meat. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper. (You can go light on the salt.)
Put down a thin layer of the minced Onion starting and stopping about one inch from the ends. Try to keep the onions about 1/4 inch from the sides.
Cover the Onions with a thin layer of the Spinach.
Cover the Onions and Spinach with cheese.
Roll tightly then tie in the middle. Tie each end tightly.
Preheat oven to 350°F. While the oven is preheating sear the rolls in a hot frypan.
Cook in the oven until the inside temperature reaches 180°F. (If you tied the ends tightly enough the molten cheese won't leak out.)
Make sure you remove the twine before serving.
