Why is it that some people on Lit are so proud to be a mean, nasty person?
What makes a person go out of their way to be mean to someone? Are they the same people who pulled the wings off of flies as a child and decided that it would be more fun to cut people into little pieces? Has life been so unkind that they despise their fellow human beings?

if you can answer why people are mean here, you have the answer for the reason people are mean anywhere.

Assholes exist. Be one, or don't. But it's their right too.

And being critical is different kotori.

Some people ask for it? Yes...they do. I'm talking about an unprovoked attack...or the need to make someone feel stupid or worthless because they are different.
