Everyone knows that Khan was killed in Star Trek II. Now if you are referring to the alternate timeline Star Trek, yes he is alive but he and his people are all in stasis. I really doubt he would be concerned with Trump if he was woken up.

In Star Trek II, Khan went up in the explosion that created the Genesis planet. Spock's body went there as well and was brought back to life, so it's entirely possible that Khan's body came back to life in some other part of the planet.
