I never get anywhere in other places; I post on Lit all the time, so why not try the personals. Single (divorced) female in her late thirties here, in search of a nice local man.

*intelligent enough, but no genius
*physically fit
*slightly "Type A" sort, a bit loud and assertive
*always working, often out of town which is annoying to everyone I date and is a common deal breaker (among many other traits about me)
*incredibly well read, but I don't make a big deal of it
*born with a musical aptitude, which I remember from long ago yet rarely use
*a person who thinks Japanese game shows are funny
*competitive, in a good way, at least to me. Great at playing cards.
*a great cook, though I haven't bothered in a couple of years
So I thought I'd see what goes on in this section of the board. I'm not interested in cyber stuff, in pen pals, phone buddies. Nor am I interested in people who just want to fuck me -- I can walk out of the house and get that in 2 minutes, on a lazy day.
Are there any nice, "normal" men in NYC on this board, who enjoy life, are happy, physically fit, and are available? And by "available" I mean not married.
