Hello again everyone.

As threatened, I have returned to writing the Max Connors Adventures with a few Lessons Learned and a slightly different approach. I'm hoping for 20 chapters this time around, and to hit as many categories as I reasonably can within the structure of my work. Let's see how THAT goes.

Biggest difference? I've got a couple semblances of plot threads that I'm carrying over from the first series and weaving together with a couple of new wrinkles.

While not 100% necessary, I DO suggest you go back and read the 'First Season' if you haven't already because there's going to be a lot of pickup from that. You can find those stories here-

I'm also going to work with the "Series" formatting a bit closer, so you won't HAVE to refer to a forum thread to follow chapter to chapter (The Monkey CAN be taught ladies and gentlemen!).

Ch 1- Back in the Saddle
Max returns to Philadelphia and tries getting his life back in order. It's not messy, it's not clean, but it moves on.

Ch 2- Indecent Proposal
Time to learn a bit more about Max's college years and how he plans to move forward with a little help.

Ch 3- Cherry Bomb
Max takes a little road trip and finds a cherry new...

Ch 4- Close Call
While Max is out grocery shopping, he gets an unexpected visitor who wants more than a cup of sugar.

Ch 5- Staying Power

One thing that has me hesitant to jump into these stories is the lack of numbered chapters. Even if they are stand alone stories, readers don't want to have to figure out the timeline. They are rated well though and I'll give one a try.

In this case I'd imagine the date would tell the order.

This new season I'll be addressing that issue by including chapter numbers. The first season was entirely seat-of-my-pants stream of consciousness writing with no overall direction. I wasn't even planning a 'series' until I was 5-6 stories in.
