When I look at the posts in the Personals section nowadays, what disappoints me the most about them is that I have not seen a single one for a while that I truly enjoyed reading.
What do I miss in those posts? Firstly that "the level" of today's posts seems to have gone to the dogs. And/or secondly that most advertisers seem to have barely reached adolescence by now. The third factor – lack of clarity of what the woman advertising is actually searching for – is part of my first misgiving already, I suppose.
Since "male ads" here seem to be better, i.e. I find at least one or two on the first page usually, which I might respond to, if I were a woman, I am hoping that the level of female readers, who peruse the ads here, and maybe their average age as well, is higher than those of average female advertisers.
For that reason, posting my ad today may not be in vain. Also I hope that its heading may have caught the eye of you, a woman I aim to reach with my text. If what I wrote so far resonates with you a bit, I ask you to take the time required to read my two signature posts. I have tried summarizing in them, the reasons why I am writing ads here in the first place. And what you might like about communicating with me.
Should what I wrote there appeal to you, why don't you send me a PM? OK, we cannot be certain that you and I will indeed resonate as much with each other, as we should, in order that opening mails in the morning becomes a pleasurable undertaking. But we can try to find out.
