mature brother/sister story idea. could use some help.

I have been lurking here for over a year and writing down my fantasies for over thirty years, but this is really my first meaningful post. Please forgive any newbyness.
I have a story about 2/3 written but cant’ get the ending and thought someone might help. I hope that the outline is not too sketchy or too detailed. Like I said this is my first post.
Brother and sister have been very close their entire lives and their first sexual explorations were together as kids. As teens they had some arousing encounters but the taboo kept anything from happening. This could be wrestling, strip poker, voyeurism, sharing fantasies, any of the usual incest story ideas. Flash 20 years forward and they are both in unhappy marriages. They role play a variety of scenes including blackmail, him coming into her room while she is sleeping, or my favorite; an innocent backrub where he is overcome with lust and forces himself on her while they are both covered in oil. It turns out of course that her secret cyber lover is actually her real brother. But they both have no idea of this.
Both of the marriages get worse, the brother gets divorced and one day the sister comes home to catch her husband with another woman. In a rage she leaves and has no place to go other than the home of her brother. There is at least one chapter where they are chatting, he in the basement, she in her bedroom with no idea that they are in the same house.
Finally one day he goes into her room to turn off her computer and realizes that she is still logged on under her screen name. It is then that he realizes that his secret internet lover is actually his sister. He is at first overcome with shame, transcending to lust and he struggles for days as to what to do. Should he confess all to his sister? Should he keep the secret and break off the online role playing? He realizes that his sisters most desperate desire is to have him force himself upon her. Furthermore their chatting has given him a blueprint of how she wants to be seduced but he is still racked with apprehension of breaking the ultimate taboo.
Then one day she strains a back muscle and asks him to rub her back. It is just as they had described it to each other. The backrub becomes a full massage and he uses the exact same phrases, touches her exactly as he had described in their role play. Suddenly she realizes that it must have been her brother that she had shared these fantasies with. Just as this dawns on her, he makes his move and takes her, forcing himself on here just as they had role played it online.
Now here is where I am stuck. What happens after they have sex? I have never like how some stories develop characters and then leave them just a soon as they climax.
Do they both confess their desire for each other and live happily ever after? Are they so filled with guilt afterwards that she leaves and they never speak to each other? Do they decide to never speak of it ever again and live in the same house both knowing the lust the other holds for them? One of the premises of the fantasy is the Dom/sub quality of it so do they live like that and take the lifestyle.
I would appreciate any ideas on the ending or on any of the premises of the story. From what I have written so far, parts of it read like a chat room transcript but that is an idea that has been beaten pretty well to death so I’m not sure about it.
