Is there really such a thing as "too much"?
I find myself finding new and innovative ways to get off. The latest is as simple as doing pull ups at the gym. I get to about 8-10 of them and I feel myself lose control. Coincidentally, I never really get past that many but I find myself wanting to do them again and again. As much as 5 times in one work out (although the most I have done it was 8 one day). I slept like a baby that night!
Is it abnormal to want to do this so much?
