Generally in the bathroom, like say during a shower would be the best option. If you want to be maybe caught then when he or she is asleep, or steps out to go to the store.

Of course if you really want to be caught simply do it when they go to the bathroom or go to the kitchen and make sure you take long enough that they would catch you in action.
