Julianna maneuvered the living room with ease, she'd been here for several months now, and she had memorized most of the house. She was blind, memorizing the house was a necessary part of her life. She'd lost her sight as a child and now at 21 she had learned to cope. Flicking a strand of her long blonde hair out of her face she continued about cleaning and reorganizing the living room. She'd lived here with her master, whom was currently in the house somewhere, she'd guess upstairs, based on how quiet the first level was. As she moved about, her cloudy blue eyes never focused on anything as she dusted, vacuumed. She heard the timer beep and she hurried to the kitchen, as she had dinner in the oven. Cooking was a nerve wrecking task for her. But she managed to get the lasagna out of the oven, but she forgot she placed a glass cup on the counter and as she turned, reaching to turn off the oven, her hand pushed the cup and it fell, shattering at her feet. Jules yelped and froze, realizing that she couldn't move, not knowing where the glass shards were. Jules sighed, frustrated with herself, no matter how good she got at being blind, she was often making mistakes like this, often making a mess that she couldn't clean up because she couldn't see it or would hurt herself.
So here she stood alone in the kitchen, wondering if her Master heard the commotion and would come to investigate or if she'd have to try and yell out for him, even though she hated doing that, she hated asking for help, even in situations such as this, when it was necessary.
