I'll chime in here and I'll be totally honest , I'm a cross-dressing male and I have been since I was six years old , I have a strong feminine side and always have had , my wearing what makes me happy is not a fetish it's a life style .
With that said I have only worn panties and thongs for several years and I can honestly say that I have never had a negative reaction and I have been in lots of different situations from going to the doctors , the ER , and yes even to my massage appointments .
It was explained to me at my very first appointment that leaving any article of clothing on signals or should signal the masseuse that you don't want to be touched in that particular area , if you keep your boxers or your panties on they understand and they are for the most part trained professionals who know what limits are ethical and right .
I choose to be totally clothing free for my massages , both of the people I have gone to for my massages know that I cross-dress and neither of them has any problems with my choice of clothing or underwear .

I hope my comments might help to enlighten at least one closed minded person today .

oh I totally agree....some times not just the customer as there are a lot of masseurs that will take the $100 or more for the happy ending.
