I think Tatewaki called it correctly. This question came up before on one of those long threads in the Author's Hangout about the under eighteen issue.

The conclusion was, since the story would be based on real people, you couldn't dodge the age issue by setting it in the future. I don't remember Laurel participating. She would be the one to make the final call.

You have me puzzled on this one, Emerald. I remember the last time you favored us with your wisdom on this board. Some guy was looking for underage stories. You called him a "freak" and launched a diatribe against the mere thought of anything underage.

I can't believe it - this is the 3rd time that I try to post. My computer had a serious crash twice, when I tried to post in this thread.

Anyway ...

I remember similar discussions with Britney Spears before she was 18.

Some people wanted to see faked pictures of her, but all the big fakers said "No can do - she is under 18".
Now she is 20, and there are many fake pictures

Maybe the author of the story should do it like this: Start to write the story about the Olsen Twins. When it comes to the age, write "18"

Once the story is finished, let it rest for a few weeks/months. Then read it again, to see if you are still satisfied with it. Do tis until the twins become 18. That way, the story could ripe like a good wine. Once they become 18, the story could be posted (right on their birthday) and it could become one of the best on Lit.

Also, it could be the start of a big story:
Part 1: The first incest between the twins.
Part 2: The first threesome (they are joined by some guy)
Part 3: The twins do their first gang bang
Part 4: The twins do their first porn movie, called "You're Invited to Mary-Kate & Ashley's Gang Bang Party"

Once in a while something can slip past the site owners, of course. If you haven't, yet, it's best to contact Laurel in a PM or e-mail and tell her there is an underaged story here.

Over time, responsible adults warn Laurel if ever they spot a story with a minor in it, or if they spot a minor posting in the BB.
