I personally don't have any ideas of my own. I'm not 100% familiar with comic books, and I think that these stories would best be written by a true fan.

I'd like to see some involving Rogue...Jubilee is cute but she's under 18, isn't she? Gotta see Mary Jane, I definatly approve of that...uhm...(what other movies are there? LOL) The Hulk could be the star of some cool stories.
