Are the parasites the primary players, forcing their wearers into sexual circumstances? The wearers forching the parasites to enable kinky fun? Could it be a strange version of a love triangle - Symbiont A (worn by wearer A) lusts after wearer B, but Symbiont B finds wearer A disgusting.

Would this be incest? Sci/Fi? Non-human? Fetish? Lots of options, depending on what part(s) you choose to focus on.

If you are familiar with the Star Trek universe, a race known as the Trill would make a good setting for this type of story. They consisted of both humanoids and symbionts.
