My thoughts are former student makes frequent visits to her and then one day ask her to get coffee or something. He confess that he's always had a crush on her. Gradually they get closer and then he ask if she wants to come over to his place. Also, a scene where they fuck in the classroom is iconic.

Teacher's husband - she tells him about the former student's visits, but leaves out important details. The physical closeness, the attraction, and the sexual tension, etc. She does get a kick out of telling him.

I have a partial story in my files of a teacher, who during summer and around the holidays volunteers at a homeless shelter. Someone comes in a few times before she realizes it one of her former students. He recognized her right away and threw out subtle hints, such as knowing her name. Back in the days, she was his art teacher, she knew that her student had a crush on her. This made her feel flattered and she used to tease in subtle way, to gain amusement out of his shyness.
