'Bout time we had a UK version of the (what seems to be) US based thread. To start the ball rolling...

So let me get this straight. The US thread "Married but Looking by Area Code" has, admittedly, been up for 2 years but had 1,370 odd posts. That's 685 posts a year or just a smidge under 2 a day. Come on UK. Let's get posting... Or maybe we're all extatically happy... Or at least we've been told we are... After all, we're british and it wouldn't do to complain.... Unless its about the weather.... Or the cricket... Now; where's that queue?

i had to chuckle at the reference to the 'general social club'. i've met a lot of people as a result of that thread ... had some adventures and made some real-life friends; even made some online friends on there, too.

my opinion, for what it's worth, which is changeable, is build up a rapport with some litsters first. take the time and the benefits [may] come.
