Marking a story as already read

Is there a way, on an authors submissions page, to mark or tell which stories you have read? I know I can do that on my“ Favorite authors activity” page but is a pain in the neck to open a story and scroll to the end to check to see if you have read the story by looking for your rating stars. By the way I am reading on an iPad
