I think taking the super Mario universe and using it in a erotic story would be a good idea. For instance Mario could have very loving and caring sex with peach where as Luigi could be always getting high on mushrooms (ironic!) and having really wild and crazy sex with Dasiy. Mario and Luigi could brag about this sex to Toad and Yoshi. Wario could hear about this and report it to Bowser. Bowser gets made because he wanted peach and gets Wario to kidnap the both. When he has got them he allows Wario to do whatever to dasiy and he rapes peach. Mario has to go and save the day.

I think it would start with peach mouthing off to Bowzer about how much of a twat he is. So to shut her up he gags her and ties her up. Then he thinks seen as she all tied up he might as well give her a go.

There are so many ways you can go with this adn honestly if I had a good brainstorm family I would love to explore several of them.

I think my favorite is that Bowser is really into BDSM and he kidnaps the princess and basically uses her. You know the same thing everybody things but just do it and have fun.

The other is kind of a Romeo and Juliet twist. Basically Princess PEach is a complete freak and she likes to do things to Bowswer and he forging the rescue letters so that Mario will come and claim the Princess but Princess has an image to protect and so does Bowser so even though Bowser is being punked out by a little girl he doesn't want the other koopas to know he's a bitch and Princess peach can't let people know she's a skank so they keep up the charade. Mario can be in on it or not it doesn't really matter. Either he's in on it and that's why a plumber manages to beat a fire breathing dragon or Bowser can be taking falls and that's why he stands on a draw bridge with an axe at the far end or why he repeatedly jumps on bricks that lead to a dungeon below instead of just shooting fireballs.

The idea of the different power ups being used is very interesting to me too though. Mario turns into Frog Mario so he can hold his breath longer and get longer tongue or turns into Bee Mario so he can fly around. Or just a Mushroom for size. We could always make up new suits too if we wanted like a Blooper (Mario Squid/Octopus) suit because. . .well who doesn't love tentacle sex?

There actually was a lawsuit (shows porn superheros as well) for both copyright infringement and defamation of character.

Disney won the copyright charge, but not defamation of character because it's a privately owned site with fan art uploaded (much like p2p Torrents).
They finally agreed that uploading fan made drawings, even if pornographic, would not be illegal (see Buffy The Vampire Slayer gay and lesbian stories suit), but downloading copyrighted characters in unbecoming situations without authorization from the character's artist, is illegal (see Core Design vs Nude Raider Webring), and posting, for instance, a masturbating Snow White with nipples showing on a public forum is definitely illegal!

I personally don't think softcore erotica (nudity, erotic poses, genital touching/fondling) should matter, only the hardcore stuff ("hardcore" includes oral sex and facial cum sprays).

Basically they're saying writing and reading erotic stories of a family character is fine, as long as you don't save it on your hard drive, which includes the browser's cache and MRUs (also index.dat).

Defamation of character is not the issue anymore, just copyright infringement (must say where the character/s originally came from, you didn't create it/them, and acknowledge that you are not acting in the company's behalf).
