Margaret Kimberley (Black Agenda Report) and Wayne Dupree fronted up on RT and kind of trashed Biden.
Margaret Kimberley:
"I am not here to do Biden propaganda. It is not true that he is transformative or like FDr --he lied about the minimum wage. When it was his chance to do something about it he made up something about a Senate Parliamentarian. I never heard about a president being stopped from doing anything he wanted by parliamentarians.
It is sad to see the level of denial among some progressives on this and other issues. They scratch their heads and ask why Biden or Nancy Pelosi or Bernie Sanders don’t do something to help. They rightly point out that the president of the Senate, Vice President Kamala Harris, can disregard the parliamentarian and put minimum wage language in the stimulus bill.
(As for Biden's EITC), it has Not cut child poverty in half; if there was a raise in minimum wage, that Would have happened.
If you want to give him credit for something, give him credit for something he's done. The corporate media of course love him, so they try to make him appear something he is not."
