'March to Gaza' Group Assaulted After Being Detained in Egypt

Activists involved in the Global March to Gaza, which is protesting against Israel's bombardment of the territory and offering help to the Palestinians there, have described violent scuffles at the hands of Egyptian security forces.

An Irish politician who was among the activists said his phone and passport were confiscated, and a march organizer said protesters were attacked as they headed to the border at Egypt's Rafah crossing.

Interesting backlash from the Egyptian citizenry towards Western leftist activists who thought they could make some vague point by Marching to Gaza from Egyptian territory.

Instead of having the brown people kneel in awe of their amazing virtue and wokeness the leftists discovered a few key things:

1. The Egyptians hate the Palestinians with a sincere devotion.

2. The Egyptians also hate the Western left for revisiting colonial imperialistic attitudes that assume the Western left is morally superior to the assumed-ignorant Egyptian citizens who don't appreciate the finer points of supporting the violent and corrupt culture prevalent in Gaza.

3. The Western left has discovered what it means to be deported and kicked the fuck out of a country that has no tolerance for their bullshit.

Now that same Western left is caught in the quandary of having to denounce a post-colonial Muslim nation for not kowtowing to Western leftist colonialism or they have to take a long hard look in the mirror and ask themselves if they were wrong.

My money says the leftists will deflect and blame anyone else for why the Egyptians are not enamored of the people in Gaza.

That's a good thing.............for them. If they'd of gotten into Gaza Hamas would round them up into the 'free fire zone' where many of them would have been killed and we'd be treated to headlines like, "Peace activists brutally murdered by Israeli forces!!!!!"
