Absolute insanity the way the Karens insist masks are magic, but not in prisons, anyplace they'd have to do actual work, schools, gyms, and churches.

If lockdown had anything to do with stopping the eventual number of infections and corresponding deaths there would be no need for the Karens of the world hectoring people on masks.

If masks work, there was never a need for a lockdiwn.

Reimplementing closures plus masks should have wiped the virus from the earth.

According to Farr's Law, if they keep muttering incantations and mandating taliesins, eventually they will "get a handle" on an infectious respiratory virus. . . right around the time it runs out of viable carriers.

the march (and its sister ones) are in the open air, people will be masked (i'd be surprised if they weren't, unless--of course--some anti-maskers show up to infiltrate just for bad footage) and i would hope the organisers will do all they can to promote physical distancing.

Yeah, I have to question the logic of a large March at this point I time, even though the cause is worthy enough.

I know New York is doing better and mask compliance is nearly universal there, but it still isn't a good example for the rest of the country, even if it is outdoors and fully masked.

Promoting a New York March here is stupid. Most people here don’t wadfle more than a km from their computer.

CovidKarens(butters): Covid is killing!!! You can't go to work, you can't go to church, you can't have a BBQ, your "rights" stop where others safety begins!!! If you disagree and try to work or worship you're just a sick narcissistic who only cares about themselves.
