Yes. He also has been speaking out strongly against budget gimmicks and he’s insisted on workfare as a condition for extended child tax credits for months.
At the very least, it has to be something well to the left of the leftmost wing of the Democrats.

Try as I might I cannot find the word 'president' or 'party' in the above oath. Which indicates to me that Joe Manchin has a hell of a lot more integrity than the POS's that are calling him 'disloyal' and the likes. Manchin is serving the Constitution and the people of West Virginia that elected him. He owes neither the president nor the democrat party a damn thing.
