Since I can remember, I have been obsessed with breasts. In my teens, posted busty actresses in my closet, then with Playboy I went crazy, specially with the posters. Later I tried bras on my body and was hooked for life. Have bought breast forms and bras of my size (42-C) and love the way they feel on my large (6'-2", 200lb) body. Have also adquired smaller Acups for everyday wear, and cannot get enough of that pleasure.
Have not read any stories on men growing boobs, has anybody written or read any of this theme?

In what section do you mean? I understand there is only one section: transexual and crdrs, but no section for breasts on men or even breasts on women

The transsexual and crossdresser section contains plenty of stories about breasts on men. Feminization is the word for stories about adding feminine attributes such as breasts to a man.

If you are having trouble finding anything in the Literotica archive you could try the trans section of the Nifty Erotic Stories Archive instead.

For breasts on women you might try breast expansion stories (BE for short). A lot of those are also about lactation. Literotica doesn't have a lot on this theme so you'd have to google for a BE-focused archive.

Basically, that condition would make a man into a woman's body. Pretty much real breasts, penis that probably never grows and gets erect, etc. It's entirely possible to have a male character who isn't just crossdressing or went under the knife for implants.
