I took out about 100 square feet of concrete yesterday, with a 12-pound hammer and a three-foot crow bar. I'm a bit sore this morning.

I think I'll be swallowing a muscle relaxer and a couple of Ibuprofen in a minute.

But I really slept like the dead last night.

hey, it really is. Mr K has been working major overtime for the past couple weeks and we've had no real quality naked-time for ages. So we planned a nice romantic V Day dinner at one of our fave restaurants, and then to stay in bed more or less all day. Well, we did spend most of the day lying down, but more out of achiness than for the purposes intended!

Vioxx is an anti inflamatory medication that marksgirl swears by. I'm glad it works for her because nothing helps me anymore.

My husband and I took the day off from work yesterday (our kids had Valentine parties at preschool and elementary school so we didn't feel guilty - LOL)

We spent the morning having serious sex - oh my - then slept - then more sex - then staggered out for lunch - then back for another quickie before we had to go get the kids.

We fell asleep early last night - all fucked out!

And this morning - *groan* My lower back is sore, my ass is sore, other various parts of me ache. (I'm hoping ibuprofen and a long hot bath later tonight will take care of it!)

I have NO complaints.
