I don't see this story going anywhere without using a lot of coincidence. The guy hired a PI, got his report, but did nothing to contact the daughter? This all happened at the same time he decides to hire an escort?

Reliance on coincidence to advance a story is generally considered weak writing.

If you just want a father/daughter incest story, go for it. You don't need all this crap cluttering it up. Or, you need a simple, believable plot line.
