Man grows breasts

I first would like to ask if there is a story like this yet, where a man/boy grows breasts without taking treatment or wanting it to happen.

If there's not a story like this yet, let me explain a little.
A normal boy suddenly grows some breasts overnight or something like that, and they grow kind of slow, but they keep growing bigger and bigger. Until he has like C or D cup. He has a girlfriend and tries to hide the breasts for her at first, by only fucking with shirt on for example. But his girlfriend accidently sees them or when his breasts become so big he can't hide them anymore. Then his girlfriend thinks it's actually pretty hot and goes with it.

I think this is optional; he also has problems hiding them at college. I don't really care if college is included in the story.

In Larry Todd's DR ATOMIC COMIX #3 (Last Gasp, 1975) scruffy anarchist biker Billy Kropotkin, a VERY heavy cannabis user, grew big moobs (man-boobs) because high THC levels clobbered his testosterone. His fun-loving biker buddies set him up as the Bearded Lady and drenched him in beer. Hilarity likely ensued. Of course, fat guys get moobs. Ewww...

I'm surprised someone on Lit is interested in this.

I've read quite a few stories about men growing breasts. Some of them involve lactation.

However, they usually revolve around the man becoming part of some experiment or taking something.

Others are purely transformation stories where the man slowly turns into a woman.

I haven't found a story like that on Lit but I have on other sites.

There seems to be a lack of interest for transformation or expansion stories on Lit. It seems to confuse people.

I would be interested in reading a story based on your criteria.
