Football fan actress to keep strip promise after Roma win
An Italian actress who said she would perform a public strip if Roma won the football league title is due to carry out her promise on Sunday.
The club's fans will be present to watch Sabrina Ferilli's striptease at the city's Circus Maximus. It is thought she'll be wearing red and yellow underwear - the team's colours.
The city's new Mayor, Walter Veltroni, and the team will be there to celebrate the victory. The championship is Roma's third in the club's history and the first for 18 years.
The club clinched the title last Sunday with a 3-1 victory over Parma.
Ferilli is known as a serious actress in Italy and has appeared in dozens of theatrical, television and film productions since her screen debut in 1986.
Her latest movies are Tu ridi (You are laughing) and Il signor Quindicipalle (Mister Fifteenballs).
In 1996 she was chosen by the influential producer Pippo Baudo to co-emcee the world famous Sanremo Song Festival, an event that made her a household name and one of Italy's hottest stars.

Actress keeps striptease promise to Roma
Actress Sabrina Ferilli kept her promise to fans of Italian soccer champions AS Roma when she stripped off to celebrate their league title.
The movie star and die-hard Roma fan had promised a striptease at the city's Circus Maximus.
She stripped down from a strapless red dress to a green neglige and finally to a flesh-toned bikini with some strategically placed sequins.
Ferilli called the strip her "gift to the city".
More than a million people poured into the Circus Maximus, where chariot races and gladiator fights were staged 2,000 years ago, to join in the celebrations.
The last time Roma won the league championship, in 1983, an estimated 350,000 fans came to the official party celebration.
This time around, fans even camped out overnight to secure a good spot to view the concert and Ferilli.
Ferilli is known as a serious actress in Italy and has appeared in dozens of theatrical, television and film productions since her screen debut in 1986.
