Have a few. If I am alone and want to get off they work great. I have a Fleshlight and 2 Tenga’s. The Flashlight is fun as I have the see through one so it’s fun to watch as you slide in and out. For feeling the Tenga Ultra wins hands down. A little warm water and then some heated lube and it feels almost as good as the real thing. I had an issue with the Tenga Twister as there is a wire that runs around it and holds the shape and after some particularly vigorous play it did cause a little chafing against the ridge of my head which was quite painful and took a few days to go away.

That's where I'm at with mine, too. It feels good, but needs lube, and needs to be cleaned when I'm done. I prefer to just use my hand for the simplicity of it.
