Male Roleplay?

Hey! This is a counterpart to my darling CG's thread over on the BDSM board, I thought the thread would get responces we were more likely to try here, the ideas were a bit more extreme then I wanted on that board (most of them at least). The question is, what could a male dress up/roleplay as for a submissive role other then crossdressing. Crossdressing is already on our list, so any other ideas would be appreciated. It seeks to be soooo much easier to think of female roles (schoolgirl, maid, teacher, ect) then male ones for a more receptive role.

This is well outside my experience so chances are you will get much more helpful responses from others. But, it's a fun challenge after a long day.

Let's see. First off, I think you would want to consider roles that are naturally subservient by position: a valet, a chauffeur, any sort of male servant, a mail clerk, paper boy.

Next, it might be fun to consider roles that are usually dominant but where the individual could be played in a submissive manner. Think of the fun of being a submissive lion tamer or cop. Or how about a prison warden who was actually a closet sub? Other thoughts along this line that come to mind would be athletes of any sort (though football players and wrestlers are extreme examples that could make for some fun) or members of other professions that you might associate with "rugged individualism" like lumberjacks, steel workers, truck drivers, and so on.

Okay, what about something like a jailed convict (you pick the crime) and she as a prison guard?

Or..... hm.... in some South American setting, you as the coffee picker and she as the plantation mistress?

Hell, set that in Colonial USA for that matter.

She as a harem mistress and you have been caught fornicating with one of the concubines?

You can do fantasy. Why not you as the *roll your eyes now* simpering human and she as the high elf? I've got a friend who has totally realistic ears. She does this to her husband. Lotsa fun.

Roman/Greek mythology?

Roman LIFE?

Hell... I'll keep thinking, but those pop into mind...

In this modern day and age, there is always the military route to go down.

I presume you have surplus stores. The male Private to female Officer scenario could be one to explore. For that matter, what about female executive to mailroom boy angle?

Find yourself a red waistcoat and be the valet parking attendant.

Fitness instructor to trainee is one with open ended possibilities (can be both dom and sub and interchangeable).

Driving instructor for that drive on the wildside, no outfit required

Pupil/teacher (possibly easier here with more of a uniform orientated background, not to mention punishment option)

I love the ideas people! Let me give you a little background on what we have done and what ideas I already have in my head.

Our first roleplay was a male dominant role with her dressed as a maid. That was fun all around, especially since it was my first time being in the aggressive role. Now we want to try the opposite side of the spectrum with male submissive roleplay. The ideas I'v had prior to this thread include:

Crossdressing (this could cover many costumes I won't go into)
Butler
a Romantic french poet (just a weird idea)
Something to do with my Walmart vest. Hey if I use it to work everyday I may as well use it for something else. And I have 2 pretty colors to choose from, blue and red ^_~
and student.

I love all the ideas your giving me and I'm writing down the ones I'd like to use. After a few more responces I'll post the ones I think I like the best. Thank you all! Keep thinking up these lovely ideas.

I like that one. I don't know why, in terms of "classic" RP ideas its not really up there, but something about the idea and playing it out just really strikes a chord.

Thats how I felt as well. I got the idea when in my pics thread someone refered to me as looking like a romantic french painter. I am much more of a poet then a painter, so I modified the idea a little and I really like it. It just feels like a good idea, I don't know how else to explain it.

I wasn't asking, I was explaining. There is a subtle differance ^_~ thanks everyone for the ideas so far, I love them. I would love a few more too..... if you give me a good one I'll pay you back in pics of me in that costume *grin* though not that many people would like to see that.
