If you know where it is, test yourself and reach for it. Milking it tends to take one or two fingers rubbing against it, which you should be able to do.

If you're a guy, just part your legs and reach down. Like any butt, you must be gentle in getting it used to being poked into. Once you're in, get at least one finger (preferably your middle) in as deep as possible. Curl it, inside you, toward your dick. You should be rubbing against the prostate.
