A dude in England just had twins.
He has a rare genetic disorder called androgen insensitivity disorder, that is, he has male genes but no sensitivity to androgenic hormones like testosterone. Such people develop as females without female plumbing, but they look like women and think like women and its legal to marry them.
So this dude wants babies and the MD says AINT GONNA HAPPEN CUZ YOU AINT A GAL.
Long story short, this dude/gal got intense hormone treatment to inflate his tiny uterus thingy up like a life preserver. He had no ovaries or fallopian tubes. So his husband fertilized the eggs of another woman, and the eggs were implanted in the uterus of dude/gal.
