I have read this story in winner of the contest Non consent/Reluctance. He is a reformed drunk lawyer. She is a hot client. Her husband is a brat. The first one has a sex-as-payment angle (she agrees to be his slave for eight sessions) and the lawyer had a drinking problem, but it's long and I didn't read enough to see if the other details matched.
