Making of a cuckold

Matt Moreau wrote a story titled Making of a Cuckold: The Sequel. It does appear that this story is indeed a sequel, however, I cannot find the original story and he doesn't reference it in the preface.

Anyone know if indeed there is a sequel, and if so, where can I find it?
