Okay, first of all I'll be the first one to say I'm very fortunate to have a job that I absolutely love. I work full time at Borders and am very happy with it and the people I work with. However, I would like to find a way to have a good job I can do from home and not have to leave the house, because I'm a bit of a hermit. Okay, more than just a bit of a hermit.

So basically I'm looking for suggestions and before Jett even says it, no, I'm not doing phone sex. Please and thank you.

Of the few people I know who work from home (and seem to get by on it) there are: medical transcriptionists, massage therapists, website developers, editors, and (as Shang pointed out) writers.

Good luck!

I do web design, I have an online portfolio and I have applied through Craig's List a few times but never got anywhere. I also write, obviously, but for who? Doing what? Etc.

Craigs List will get you a few things, maybe, and it's kind of like applying for a corp job - a milion CVs along with yours.. You need to dig deeper. Ask first what you want and then simply research and go after it. There is a lot to be had. Much luck. :rose:
